This Privacy Policy explains how Tivium ("Tivium," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit tivium.ai and any other website we operate that links to this policy (together, the "Site"), and what choices you have.
This policy covers the Site only. Data that our customers submit to the Tivium platform is handled under the applicable customer agreement and data processing terms, not this policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information.

-

-
The content of messages, form submissions, survey responses, and any other information you choose to share.

-
Data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from other sources

Business contact and company information from publicly available sources, business partners, and data providers.
-
Information from advertising and analytics providers about how visitors reach and use the Site.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not submit it to us.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
-
Operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
-
Respond to your requests, schedule demos, and provide support.
-
Send product updates, event invitations, and marketing communications, where permitted by law and subject to your opt-out rights.
-
Understand how the Site is used, and test and improve our content, design, and offerings.
-
Evaluate and process job applications.
-
Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
-
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: your consent (for example, non-essential cookies and some marketing); our legitimate interests in running, securing, and improving the Site and promoting our business; performance of a contract or steps you request before entering one; and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors find us. They fall into these groups:
-
Strictly necessary: required for security and core Site functions.
-
Analytics and performance: help us understand how the Site is used.
-
Marketing: help us measure campaigns and show relevant content, where used.
You can manage cookies through our cookie banner or preference center (where available) and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required by law, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies.
We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by applicable law. Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we do not otherwise respond to them.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described in Section 8. We share personal information only in these situations:
-
Service providers: vendors that help us run the Site and our business, such as hosting, analytics, email, customer relationship management, scheduling, security, and recruiting tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
-
Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tivium, our users, or others.
-
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
-
With your consent or at your direction.
-
Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we hold it. For example, we generally keep marketing and contact records until you opt out or become inactive for 24 months, and web analytics data for up to 14 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us using the details in Section 13.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Everyone: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. We will still send essential service or transactional messages. You can also manage cookies as described in Section 4.
Individuals in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing (including direct marketing); and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws: you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access and delete it; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We have not sold personal information for money. Some uses of advertising and analytics cookies may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state laws; you can opt out through our cookie preferences or by contacting us.
How to exercise your rights: email us at privacy@tivium.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and if we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response.
9. International Data Transfers
Tivium is based in the United States, and our service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites, social media features, and tools. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing information to them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on the Site and update the effective date above.
